Calling deer during the rut, there isn’t anything better. The rut kicks off in the Midwest starting the end of October and runs through the 2nd week of November. You can be really aggressive with your deer grunts and doe bleat calls while these bucks are up and chasing does. Short burst from a set of Fightin' Horns might just be what it takes to get a mature buck to commit.
