General Warranty Coverage

We offer a one-year warranty against defects on all products, including custom calls. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Double Bull Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • Parts are covered for the lifetime of the product.
  • Customers are responsible only for shipping costs when requesting replacement parts.

Fabric Warranty

  • Fabric is covered for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or prolonged exposure to the elements is not covered.
  • If your product is older than one year and the fabric is repairable, we will honor the warranty and complete the repair.
  • If the fabric is irreparable (e.g., brittle, dry rot, or significantly damaged) and the product is older than one year, it will not be covered under warranty and will be returned to the customer.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department by completing the Contact Us form, found here, https://www.primos.com/contactus
  2. Provide proof of purchase with your claim.
  3. If fabric repair is needed, ship the product to:

Repair or Replacement

If a product is found to be defective, Primos will determine whether to repair or replace the item at our discretion.
