Shopping Online
Primos Hunting Calls charges full retail price when ordering from primos.com this is done so that we do not compete with our dealers. Before shopping online, we encourage you to check with your local Primos dealer to see if they have the product that you want to purchase. Dealers and other companies that purchase larger quantities from us are able to offer greater discounts to you.
Primos.com is broken down into categories so that you can find the products that you are searching for. On the homepage move your mouse cursor over the ‘products’ link to see our product categories. The categories are broken down into Game Calls, Gear, Apparel, Stuff, and Video.
If you are looking for calls click on the ‘Game Calls’ category.
If you are looking for Primos Brand Gear, click on the ‘Gear’ category.
If you are looking for casual apparel or casual headwear, click on the ‘Casual Wear’ category.
If you are looking for decals, cups, keychain or other products, click the ‘Stuff’ category.
If you are looking for the TRUTH® or Mastering the Art® videos, click on the ‘Video’ category.
Also, there is a category called licensed products. You cannot purchase products from primos.com under the ‘licensed products’ category. These products are manufactured by other companies and endorsed by Team Primos®.
If you wish to search for a specific product, you can do so on the home page. For further information regarding the search feature, see ‘Searching for Products.’
If you find a product that you think a friend would like to view, click on the ‘E-mail this product to a Friend’ link on a specific product page. In order to complete the process, you will need to include your e-mail address, your friend’s e-mail address, and a short message. Once you click on the send button the product will be e-mailed to your friend along with a product image.

Shopping Cart
At any point while you are shopping, you can view the products that you have placed within your cart. You can remove products or update the quantity while viewing your cart. Click the ‘Checkout Now’ button to begin the checkout process.
Occasionally, primos.com might have promotional offers in which coupons are sent out in order to receive discounts for products at primos.com. If you have a primos.com coupon, enter the coupon number into the coupon or gift card field.
Your Shopping Cart contains the following options:
- Quantity – Change this number to increase or decrease the quantity you wish to purchase. Once you have made this change you should click ‘Update Cart’. If you wish to make other changes to your cart make the other changes before clicking the ‘Update Cart.’
- Delete – If you no longer wish to purchase the products in your cart, click the delete button. Once you have made this change you should click ‘Update Cart’. If you wish to make other changes to your cart make the other changes before clicking the ‘Update Cart.’
- Continue Shopping – After viewing your cart, if you wish to continue shopping click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button
- Order Notes – You can let us know something about your order in the order notes section.
- Checkout Now – If you are ready to begin the checkout process click the ‘Checkout Now’ button. For specific information regarding checking out, click the link for the Ordering section.

Product Availability
Occasionally, products will go out-of-stock. When this happens, the ‘Add to Cart’ and ‘Add to Wish List’ buttons will not be available when viewing the product.

Wish List
If you are a registered customer, you can add products to your wish list. The products that you add to your wish list can be moved to your shopping cart when you are ready to purchase them. After you have logged out, the products you have placed in your wish list will remain in your wish list. This way, if you wish to purchase these items in the future, they will be saved in your wish list until you delete them out or move them to your shopping cart. Using the wish list is not a necessity in the ordering process; rather, it is a feature you can use for your convenience.
The options under your wish list are:
- Quantity – You can increase or decrease the quantity you wish to purchase. Once you have made this change you should click ‘Update Wish List’. If you wish to make other changes to your cart, make the other changes before clicking the ‘Update Wish List.’
- Delete – You can delete products from your wish list by clicking the ‘delete’ button.
- Moving to Shopping Cart – If you are ready to purchase a product you have saved in your wish list, you can click the ‘Move to Shopping’ Cart button.
- Update Wish List – If you have made changes to your wish list you should click the “Update Wish List” button.

Searching Products
The search feature on the homepage can only search for Primos products. If you know the name of a specific product you are searching for, enter in the name the search field and hit Enter on your keyboard. If no results are found, it does not mean that product does not exist it might be that you need to modify what you typed in. The search feature can find products by model number. Also you can use generic words like gloves or masks. However, using generic words might return many results.

Collecting Information About You
In general, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Using Information About You
We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Primos, Inc. Brands. These are known as our Select Partners. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online, in our retail outlets or through our catalogs. Please be sure to include your email address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, street address or other personal information with us please contact us the same way.
Please note that sometimes these requests may take up to 6-8 weeks to be effective, particularly if we are removing your name from postal mailings. In addition, when you purchase from us online or through our catalogs, or when you choose to enter a sweepstakes or other promotion, we may need to contact you via phone, email or mail to address questions or issues specific to your order, entry, etc., even if you have opted to not receive communications.
Please remember, if you delete certain information you may not be able to continue to purchase products or access other portions of our web site without entering additional information.
Protecting Children
Primos, Inc. Brands take special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our web sites are general audience sites. We do not permit anyone under the age of 13 to register with us.
Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental controls or other web filtering technology to supervise children's access to the web.

Our web sites use "cookies." A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive.
