Creating An Account

In order to purchase a product at primos.com you must create an account. To create an account at primos.com you will first need to select the My Account button on the home page. Next, select the ‘New Members Sign Up Here’ option. In order to complete the registration process you will need to complete Account information, Billing, and Shipping information.

Logging In

To log into primos.com in order to purchase a product you must click the ‘Products’ link and then click on the ‘Sign In’ link on the far right hand side of the screen underneath the header.

Managing Your Account

In order to manage your account, you must be logged in. Once you are logged into your account, click on the ‘My Account’ button on the front page of the website.

Under My Account you can edit your billing, shipping, and contact information. To change your shipping or billing address, click on the change button and then click edit. Once you have changed your information click the ‘Save Edited’ button. Under your account information you can also view your wish list and order history.

‘Your Address Book’ contains your primary billing address and shipping address. Under each, you can add a different billing or shipping address.

‘Your Wish List’ contains those products that you would like to purchase; however, the wish list is not your shopping cart. To purchase the products in your wish list, you will need to move the products in your wish list to your shopping cart. For specific information regarding the Wish List see the Wish List section.

User Name

Your username at shop.primos.com is the e-mail address you entered when you registered.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘My Account’ button on the home page. Next, in the field ‘User Verification, type the e-mail address that you entered when you registered for an account. Once you have clicked ‘Request Password’, look at the top of the page for the note that reads “Your Password Has Been Sent. Please check your e-mail.” Your password will be e-mailed to you. Remember your Store password and Cabin Chat password are separate passwords.

Depending upon your ISP or e-mail system it is possible that the e-mail will be marked as ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’. Be sure to check not only your inbox, but also your SPAM or Junk e-mail folder. If you have not received your password within 24 hours you should attempt to re-request your password using the same method above. If the password is still not sent to you, contact the webmaster at webmaster@primos.com.
